LERA led the structural design of a new high-rise condominium building in Singapore. The 36-story, 150,000-sf Sculptura Ardmore stands as a beacon of luxury in one of the country’s most sought after districts.

The tower features three elevated balcony swimming pools cantilevering 50 ft outside of the building’s footprint.
